Usually, the appointments can last up to 10 minutes and if patients need a longer time, they can consider booking a longer appointment. The patients can choose a particular practitioner while booking the appointment with the reception staff. For a hassle-free service, the appointments can be booked after 10.30 as phone lines are less busy. The urgent appointments for medical emergencies can be booked by contacting the reception staff who tries to allocate it earlier. Additional appointments are available at three other sites namely Orpington, Beckenham, Bromley between 16.00 and 19.40 hours. These appointments are looked after by Bromley based GP. The appointments can be booked 4 weeks in advance for Sunday morning and preceding Monday for Saturday appointments. The test results are kept highly confidential and will be handed over to the respective patients on time. For blood tests, the patients can be referred to Phlebotomy clinic for obtaining the samples. For children under 13 years, electronic referral service through the GP is required.

“The GP here is down to earth; she patiently cleared all my doubts, prescribed the medications and advised me the necessary diet changes. After my visit, my mom visited her and she is also very satisfied with their service. My family and I highly recommend them to everyone”

“I had busy days last week and couldn’t allocate time for a hospital visit. Thanks to Chislehurst, their GP paid a visit to my home and treated me. What would I do without them! Unimaginable! Will be always grateful! Thank you so much for the timely support. “
